Film Blvd Labs LLC (“Film Blvd.,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, customer accounts, and lab services.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (managed by our authentication provider).
  • Order information: the rolls and services you request, turnaround preferences, scan recipes, and order history.
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Your scans: digital files produced from the film you send us, stored in your Film Blvd. account.
  • Technical information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the services you request — develop, scan, deliver.
  • To communicate with you about your orders (order confirmations, status updates, scan delivery notifications).
  • To maintain your customer account and provide access to your film archive.
  • To send the Film Blvd. newsletter, if you have opted in.
  • To protect the integrity of our services and detect or prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Third-party processors

We use a small number of trusted vendors to operate Film Blvd. Each processes information on our behalf under their own privacy practices:

  • Clerk — authentication and account management.
  • Supabase — application database (account and order records).
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Cloudflare R2 — secure storage of scan files.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel — application hosting.

4. How long we keep information

Account and order records are retained for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, accounting, and legal-compliance purposes. Scan files remain in your account for as long as your account is active and in good standing. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us (see Section 7).

5. Your choices

  • Newsletter: unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by emailing us.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing us.

6. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
